High Velocity Sales Lead

As a seasoned sales leader, you'll be responsible for leading our high velocity mid-market India sales vertical. This role reports directly to our CEO and involves managing an outbound calling team and inside sales team, owning revenue targets of our fastest growing segment.
Your Key Challenges:
- To own overall mid-market India new revenue targets and exceed them.
- To manage an outbound team of business development representatives for setting up meetings.
- To manage a team of inside sales account executives to close revenue.
- To monitor and implement sales commission plans, CRM processes, and other revenue operations.
- To own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls and sales demos.
- To plan and forecast sales, monitor funnels, and reporting dashboards.
