We are a Sequoia-backed SaaS startup building an AI-native Marketing, Support & Sales suite for e-commerce brands. With 2500+ e-commerce brands globally across 50+ countries and $5M+ raised along the journey with marquee investors like Sequoia Capital India, Kunal Shah, Gaurav Munjal & more backing us.
This role involves leading our high velocity mid-market India sales vertical which is the bread and butter of the business and has been founder led so far. You will report directly to our CEO and own revenue targets of our fastest growing segment.
Responsibilities- Owning our overall mid-market India new revenue targets and doing everything it takes to overachieve our numbers.
- Managing an outbound team of business development representatives for setting up meetings.
- Managing a team of inside sales account executives to close revenue.
- Monitoring and implementing sales commission plans, CRM processes and other revenue operations.
- Owning quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls and sales demos.
- Owning sales planning and forecasting, monitor funnels and reporting dashboards.
You should have:
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally with SaaS exposure.
- A track record of managing high velocity sales motions.
- A love for all things business and sales and don't shy away from getting your hands dirty to get the job done.
- Comfortable with early stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder.
- Extremely high agency and adaptability to make things happen.
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
