High Velocity Sales Leader

We're a fast-growing SaaS company looking for a skilled sales leader to drive growth in our mid-market India segment. With 2500+ e-commerce brands globally across 50+ countries and $5M+ raised along the journey with marquee investors like Sequoia Capital India, Kunal Shah, Gaurav Munjal & more backing us.
This role involves leading a high velocity sales team and owning revenue targets of our fastest growing segment. You will report directly to our CEO and manage a team of inside sales account executives to close revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Owning our overall mid-market India new revenue targets and doing everything it takes to overachieve our numbers.
- Managing an outbound team of business development representatives for setting up meetings.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in the region.
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and tracking progress against targets.
You should have:
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally with SaaS exposure.
- A proven track record of driving sales growth in emerging markets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Estimated salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
