Sales Leader
Voyzon Technologies is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team. As a sales leader, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership, with experience in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their performance and career development.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, retention, and expansion of existing accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or SaaS industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for startups and innovation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
