**The Role**

This role involves leading our high-velocity mid-market India sales vertical, which is the backbone of our business. As a seasoned sales professional, you'll be responsible for managing an outbound calling team and inside sales team, as well as owning revenue targets for our fastest-growing segment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Own our overall mid-market India new revenue targets and drive growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Manage an outbound team of business development representatives to set up meetings and close deals.
  • Lead a team of inside sales account executives to close revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and implement sales commission plans, CRM processes, and other revenue operations to optimize performance.
  • Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls and sales demos to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain sales planning and forecasting, monitor funnels, and reporting dashboards to inform business decisions.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably with SaaS exposure.
  • A proven track record of managing high-velocity sales motions and driving growth.
  • Passion for business and sales, with a willingness to get hands-on and make things happen.
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment with imperfections and disorder.
  • High agency and adaptability to make things happen and drive results.

Expected CTC: ₹25 LPA ( negotiable based on experience) plus generous equity (ESOP) package.
