Job Title: Strategic Sales & Marketing Lead
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4+ Years of sales experience
Job Overview:
The Strategic Sales & Marketing Lead will be responsible for spearheading go-to-market efforts for PeopleLogic. This includes identifying potential clients, reaching out to them, pitching the service, converting them, and onboarding onto our platform. Additionally, they will support in developing and executing marketing strategies that position PeopleLogic as the premier luxury lifestyle brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain comprehensive sales plans
- Manage sales pitch presentations, keeping them up-to-date with the latest offerings
- Pitch to potential clients, walking them through our service and addressing their questions Onboard new clients
- Collaborate with the branding agency to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including designing communication materials
Requirements and Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of sales experience, preferably within a luxury or lifestyle brand
- Preferred backgrounds include wealth management, private banking, premium credit cards, clubs, luxury retail, auto, and hospitality brands
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Strong analytical skills
Estimated Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
