Mid-Market Sales Lead

Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced sales leader to head our mid-market India sales vertical. This role reports directly to our CEO and involves managing an outbound calling team, inside sales team, and owning revenue targets.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead a team of business development representatives and inside sales account executives.
- Implement sales processes, CRM, and revenue operations.
- Maintain quality standards for cold calls and sales demos.
- Drive sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.
For this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
- A proven track record of managing high-velocity sales teams.
- Strong business acumen and sales skills.
- Adaptability and comfort with early-stage startup environments.
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, ranging from ₹40 lakhs to ₹60 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, plus generous equity options.
