Job Description

We're seeking an experienced sales leader to head our mid-market India sales vertical. This role reports directly to our CEO and involves managing an outbound calling team, inside sales team, and owning revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Lead a team of business development representatives and inside sales account executives.
  3. Implement sales processes, CRM, and revenue operations.
  4. Maintain quality standards for cold calls and sales demos.
  5. Drive sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements

For this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • A proven track record of managing high-velocity sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen and sales skills.
  • Adaptability and comfort with early-stage startup environments.
Compensation

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, ranging from ₹40 lakhs to ₹60 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, plus generous equity options.
