About the Role

This key leadership position involves leading our high-velocity mid-market India sales vertical, driving revenue growth and overseeing a team of sales professionals.

You'll report directly to our CEO, manage an outbound calling team and inside sales team, and own revenue targets for our fastest-growing segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning overall mid-market India new revenue targets and implementing strategies to exceed them.
  • Managing an outbound team of business development representatives for setting up meetings and driving lead generation.
  • Leading a team of inside sales account executives to close revenue and drive customer acquisition.
  • Designing and implementing sales commission plans, CRM processes, and other revenue operations.
  • Monitoring quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls and sales demos.
  • Developing sales planning and forecasting, monitoring funnels, and analyzing reporting dashboards.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably with SaaS exposure.
  • A proven track record of managing high-velocity sales motions.
  • A passion for business and sales, with a willingness to get hands-on to achieve results.
  • Comfort with early-stage startup imperfections and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • High agency and adaptability to drive results.

  • Expected CTC: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
