Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales and Immigration Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for counseling parents/IELTS aspirants about our courses and sales strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Making multiple cold calls to potential clients and closing sales
- Converting leads into sales and maintaining a strong sales pipeline for future growth
- Counseling clients on immigration products and services over the phone, through email, and in person
- Providing accurate information on current immigration visa laws and policies
- Preparing action plans and schedules to meet specific targets assigned
- Following up on inquiries and new leads resulting from day-to-day activity
- Contacting prospects and identifying sales opportunities
- Maintaining communication with clients through phone and email
- Ensuring MIS reports are submitted as per TAT
- Assessing student feedback to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong sales skills and ability to convert leads into sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the management team
- Knowledge of immigration laws and policies
