We're seeking a seasoned Senior or Lead GTM/Sales Recruiter to drive our recruitment efforts in Bangalore. As a key member of our HR team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent.

About the Role:

As a Senior or Lead GTM/Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for forging strong partnerships with key decision-makers to strategize and execute hiring plans. You will design and implement innovative search strategies to capture top talent and elevate our recruitment practices by introducing new methods to attract exceptional candidates.

You will independently map inbound/outbound strategies, tools, and techniques to hunt the best-fitting talent in the market, aligning to the ideal candidate persona. Additionally, you will spearhead executive search strategies for super-niche/high-impact roles within the organization.

You will engage in candidate evaluation and calibration with hiring managers and senior leadership to ensure alignment and fit. Your goal is to deliver a premier candidate experience, balancing personalized engagement with efficient pipeline management to achieve hiring objectives.

Leverage data and analytics to refine recruiting processes and strategies continually. Innovate and contribute to talent/employer branding initiatives. Collaborate on developing effective talent attraction and hiring strategies, acting as a consultative Talent Partner.

Embody and advocate for the Whatfix culture, playing a key role in team cohesion and organizational growth. Suggest strategy enhancements by performing data-driven improvement analysis based on current quality of hires, performance feedback, or any other metrics.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting top talent for fast-growing, technology-driven companies
  • Prior experience in Sales, Partnerships, or similar roles highly regarded
  • A strong track record in recruiting Enterprise Sales Leaders, Account Executives, or similar roles, particularly those serving US/UK markets, is highly desirable
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and a dedication to continuous improvement
  • Proven ability in executing innovative sourcing strategies and conducting thorough research
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to recruitment challenges
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a history of success in technology product company environments
  • Proficiency in utilizing top ATS systems, with impeccable organizational skills
  • A sense of humor and the ability to thrive in a demanding, yet rewarding environment
Estimated Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum (based on experience)About Whatfix:
