Business Development Representative

Job Title: Business Development Representative - Mid-market Growth
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to accelerate our growth in the US mid-market. As a key member of our early sales team, you will work directly with the CEO and an experienced sales Director.
The role requires a deep understanding of the intersection between travel, expense, and corporate cards. Our unique offering has generated significant interest from customers.
A key aspect of this position is working with a fully remote team based in India. This presents an exciting opportunity for candidates looking for a flexible work environment.
In 2023, our US revenue grew by 500%, driven by the success of our sales team. We are now looking to build on this momentum by adding a seasoned sales professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the US mid-market
- Work closely with the CEO and sales Director to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or financial services industry
- Demonstrated track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of the travel, expense, and corporate card market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
