Business Development Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Apna. This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through identifying, developing, and maintaining key customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, providing solutions that meet their expectations.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Closing sales and achieving monthly revenue targets is essential to success in this role.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest among potential customers.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned accounts.
- Perform effective online demos to high-value prospects.
Requirements
To be successful as a Business Development Representative, you must possess:
- A strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
