About Vinculum Group

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall sales performance. You will oversee both the Inside Sales and Marketing teams, working closely with our product and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing with a focus on data-driven decision-making, customer relationship management, and team leadership. You will utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive growth in our target markets.
  • Lead the Inside Sales team in achieving sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, and converting leads into customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns that align with sales goals.
  • Manage lead generation activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, and SEO strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Inside Sales and Marketing team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales activities, and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication with customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
