About the Job
We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Lead to join our team at Destar Consulting Private Limited in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Set sales goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across the team.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 20+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in service industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum
