Senior Business Development Representative

V RenTrade Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a pioneer in IT hardware rental and trading services, is seeking a dynamic Tele-sales Specialist to drive our B2B sales and rental initiatives.

The ideal candidate will excel in communication, have a passion for building client relationships, and be result-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote our IT rental and trading solutions to potential B2B clients.
- Identify client requirements and recommend customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Generate, nurture and qualify leads while maintaining an organized database of prospects.
- Coordinate with sales team to schedule meetings and ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain professional and engaging communication to build long-term client relationships.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or tele-calling is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS office.
- Goal oriented with ability to handle objections effectively.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
Estimated Salary: ₹600,000 - ₹800,000 per annum
