Business Development Representative

Unlock your sales potential as a Business Development Representative at Kibo, where you'll be the face of our digital commerce platform to top accounts. Your primary goal will be to hunt for leads and work closely with our Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing team to target and prospect decision-makers. Using an executive engagement approach, you'll qualify leads by delving into complex challenges, needs, and pains of prospects.

As a Business Development Representative, you'll participate in high-level qualification and discovery calls to understand customer needs and pains, resulting in successful sales and cultivated relationships. You'll partner with Account Executives and other cross-functional teams to create and prioritize target lists or accounts for strategic alignment.
To excel in this role, you'll need prior sales development experience, preferably in the SaaS/Technology sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with energy, passion, and a great attitude. You must be able to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business objectives.
