Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure and negotiate high-value deals with CHROs, L&D Heads, and HR Directors, ensuring successful partnerships.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with 60+ qualified accounts in various stages of the sales cycle, driving consistent revenue growth.
  • Develop territory-specific go-to-market strategies to maximize market penetration, enhancing our competitive edge.
Consultative Selling and Strategic Solution Development:
  • Perform competency gap analyses and recommend tailored learning solutions from our portfolio, addressing client challenges effectively.
  • Design approach notes, solution frameworks, and strategic interventions to address client challenges, delivering value-based solutions.
  • Present clear ROI and business impact, demonstrating the effectiveness of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal managers to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction, building long-term relationships.
  • Customize training solutions to align with client organizational culture and performance metrics, ensuring relevance and impact.
Client Relationship Management and Key Account Growth:
  • Manage and retain existing client accounts through continuous engagement and sales growth opportunities, fostering loyalty and retention.
  • Provide comprehensive post-sales support and develop strategic account plans to maximize client lifetime value and satisfaction, driving repeat business.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with HR leadership teams as a go-to partner for talent development initiatives, providing expert guidance.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, HR best practices, and evolving corporate learning needs, staying ahead of the curve.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence gathering to maintain market positioning advantage, protecting our market share.
