Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive sales, expand our client base, and build lasting relationships with corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, preferably in corporate gifting, luxury goods, or B2B sales. Key Responsibilities:Identify and target potential corporate clients across various industries. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Develop customized gifting solutions tailored to client needs and budgets.

Prepare and present business proposals, pricing models, and product demonstrations. Collaborate with internal teams, including design, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to generate leads and brand awareness.

Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in Event, corporate gifting, luxury goods, or B2B sales). Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Experience in handling corporate accounts and closing high-value deals. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
