Sodexo is looking for a seasoned business development professional to drive revenue growth and establish strategic relationships with key clients. As an integral part of our Corporate Services Segment, this role will play a critical in shaping the future of our organization.

About the Role:

This senior-level position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy that drives revenue growth from new and existing large accounts within the Corporate Services Segment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in sales, with a proven ability to tie business value to process efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business development plan that sets ambitious targets for key and other accounts within the segment.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities for the organization within the segment.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy and Technical Advisory team to develop effective strategies for tapping new growth opportunities.
  • Support account management strategy by providing insights on potential key accounts to be targeted for developmental sales.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and provide strategic insights to inform the development of new offers and customization of existing offers.
  • Establish and maintain strategic alliances with industry forums within the segment.
  • Drive acquisition of large accounts within the segment by guiding the design of Quality of Life solutions and aggressively marketing Sodexo's value proposition.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to ensure adequate staffing and support the development of subordinates' capabilities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the FM industry, Food Service, Project Management, or Retail.
  • Ability to articulate business value and tie it to process efforts.
  • Experience with change management and a proven track record of driving results.
