We are a leading technology solutions company, and we are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to drive business growth.
Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
Job Description:
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategic account plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, timely issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring effective issue escalation and conflict resolution.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients, leveraging your knowledge of their business needs and goals.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by developing and executing targeted sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans, aligning with overall business objectives and priorities.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capture them, staying informed about industry trends and customer needs.
- Engage in lead generation and conversion, leveraging your network and expertise to identify potential clients and partners.
- Proposal Management:
- Work with presales, technical, and delivery teams to create compelling proposals, RFPs, and RFQs that meet client needs and requirements.
- Ensure alignment between client needs and proposed solutions, providing clear and concise explanations of product and service offerings.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, leveraging your expertise and network to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine our offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, communicating effectively and proactively addressing issues and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and account status updates, using data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
