Domestic Sales Leader for Nitrile Gloves

">We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our domestic sales operations for nitrile gloves. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the domestic market.
">About the Role
">This is a senior-level position that requires full P&L accountability, ensuring profitability and efficient resource utilization. As a Domestic Sales Leader, you will oversee order processing, delivery schedules, and client satisfaction. You will also prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the domestic market for nitrile gloves.
- Set short-term and long-term sales goals in alignment with the company's objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the domestic nitrile gloves business.
- Optimize pricing strategies to ensure profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
- Monitor budgets, sales expenses, and cost structures to maximize margins and overall profitability.
- Evaluate the financial performance of the domestic sales unit and take corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, hospitals, laboratories, and other key clients.
- Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Provide regular training and updates to the team on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and addressing challenges.
- Oversee operations and reporting functions to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
Requirements

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical consumables or healthcare supplies industry">

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills">
- Strategic thinking with the ability to drive results under pressure">
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite">
- Thorough understanding of the nitrile gloves market and its applications">
