Job Summary:
The Rashmi Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) and Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to key accounts.
  • Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the chemical or rubber industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) / SBR and its applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts successfully.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses, estimated to be around ₹15 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and the location of Pan India.
