Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our efforts in the Pan India NBR SBR market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales of NBR SBR products.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the NBR SBR market, strong relationship management skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets. They will collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, logistics, and customer service, to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of key customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts in the NBR SBR market.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work on strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align account strategies with overall company objectives.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience.
- Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product management team regarding customer needs and market demands.
- Stay informed about developments in the NBR SBR market, including regulatory changes and technological advancements.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and market conditions.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and track progress against targets.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
