About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our investor services business in India and GIFT. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of business development resources to deliver sales targets and expand our market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and effective delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a business development or commercial role in the investor services industry.
  • A Postgraduate Degree and relevant certifications.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian and GIFT/IFSCA markets, as well as good experience and business intelligence on Mauritius, Singapore, UAE, and other jurisdictions impacting investments in India.
Competencies
  • Excellent communication, client relationship, and presentation skills at all levels.
  • Demonstrable track record of business development/sales success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, commercial leadership, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. The salary range for this position is ₹60-80 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
