Strategic Sales Director for Commercial Vertical

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our Commercial Vertical team in the Western region, covering key states such as Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat. As a critical member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the commercial market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Spearhead sales growth initiatives in the Western region, meeting annual targets set by the organization.
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, consultants, and developers in the region, promoting our Building Management Systems (BMS), Electronic Security Systems, Fire Alarm, and Public Address Systems offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Conduct technical presentations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products compared to competitors.
- Assist in preliminary site surveys, creating Bill of Quantities for identified projects.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HVAC and BMS products and solutions, providing expert advice to customers and consultants.
- Work closely with regional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
**Requirements:**
- Engineering degree preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in Solutions/Project Sales, specifically in IBMS and/or Electronic Security Systems/Fire Detection & Suppression Industry.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Proven track record of winning IBMS/security projects in previous organizations.
- Able to create compelling technical sales presentations for customers and consultants.
- Strong domain knowledge of Building Management Systems, Fire Detection, and Security Systems.
- Excellent techno-commercial negotiation skills.
- A consultative approach with customers, providing support in designing solutions tailored to their requirements.
**Estimated Salary:** ₹ 20 - ₹ 40 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
