Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Domestic Sales Leader to join our team at Ateeca. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the domestic market.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetic industry. You will be responsible for maintaining and managing existing distribution networks, evaluating new distributors, and developing new clients along with Regional Sales Managers.

You will also be involved in planning sales promotion activities, forecasting profitability, and creating business cases for various initiatives. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and expertise to clients on formulations and applications, partner with the R&D team to respond to technical queries, and represent the company at community and business meetings.

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop a sales strategy for own product division in collaboration with General Manager Sales.
  • Plan penetration into new territories for responsibility area.
  • Provide inputs to the sales budget and oversee sales expenses.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of customers.

Distribution Network and Sales Promotion

  • Maintain and manage existing sales distribution network.
  • Evaluate new distributors to expand sales network and reach.
  • Develop and maintain new clients in domestic sales.
  • Plan sales promotion activities with the promotion and branding team.
  • Forecast profitability of sales promotions and create business cases.

Technical Services and Organization Image Building

  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients on formulations and applications.
  • Partner with R&D team to respond to technical queries and arrange technical demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at community and business meetings to promote the company image.

People Management and Key Working Relationships

  • Create an atmosphere that promotes moral, ethical, and legal business conduct.
  • Provide direction, motivation, and training to sales and marketing team.
  • Promote and maintain positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduation in any specialization.
  • MBA in Marketing.
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales (same industry).
  • Ready to travel as per requirement.
  • Knowledge of sales, exports, sales promotions, and marketing.
  • Technical knowledge in responsibility area (cosmetics).

  • Competitive salary: ₹ 15,00,000 - ₹ 20,00,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
