We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to join our esteemed clients in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sector.

Role Description:

  • To lead sales teams and develop strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • To conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and create detailed business plans.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • To monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.
  • An in-depth understanding of the Dermatology market and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with West and South zones, with the ability to travel regularly.

What We Offer:

Salary: The salary for this role is ₹12 LPA, commensurate with experience.
