Job Overview:
OLAMOR COSMETIC LLP is a leading beauty and skincare company seeking an experienced Telemarketing Specialist to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be results-driven, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct high-quality outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote OLAMOR products, address customer inquiries, and generate interest.
- Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through telemarketing initiatives, follow-up calls, and lead nurturing.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing their queries, and providing in-depth information on OLAMOR's product lines.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of OLAMOR's product offerings to provide accurate recommendations to customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales using CRM tools to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team by transferring high-potential leads, setting appointments with prospective clients, and driving sales objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily and monthly call quotas, performance metrics, and sales targets as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Able to articulate product features persuasively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Personal Traits: Self-motivated, positive attitude, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
