Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Telesales Representative. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and prospect potential clients through outbound sales calls.
  • Identify client needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Effectively communicate and present product features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
