Tele Sales Representative for Audience Engagement

About the Role
- Contact with potential or existing customers to inform them about an event/service using scripts created by our team.
- Answer questions about the event/service, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Understand customer requirements and close sales by asking the right questions and using negotiation skills.
- Direct prospects to our field sales team when necessary.
- Enter and update customer information in our CRM database.
- Keep records of calls and sales, noting down useful information for future reference.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- One year of experience as a tele-sales/customer service representative.
- A proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets over the phone.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services, describing/explaining them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
