Job Description:

As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales via call and mail communications. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual who can maintain relationships with existing clients and build new ones by onboarding fresh clients assigned via leads generated by us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly follow up on leads and existing clients to meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations/demos of products and services offered.
  • Manage data to ensure 100% coverage and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Track key parameters to monitor client growth.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Customer Oriented Telesales with a go-getter attitude.
  • Passionate about sales, highly energetic, self-driven, and organized.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to execute terms of agreement and close sales.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and Word.
