Strategic Business Leader for B2G Domestic Sales

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Leader to spearhead our domestic B2G sales efforts in India.
About the Role:
This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of government sector sales, experience in developing and executing strategic plans, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets in the domestic B2G market.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they meet their targets.
- Relationship Building: Foster high-level relationships with government officials, identifying opportunities and ensuring successful tender participation.
- Results Orientation: Drive results-oriented sales approaches, focusing on achieving annual sales targets of Rs. 200 crs. while maintaining a high level of integrity.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in selling Fire Fighting projects to government PSU companies, including Oil & Gas, Railways, Power, Defense, Tunnels, Steel Plants, and Automatic Energy.
- Skills: Proven track record of B2G sales, exceptional leadership, communication, and adaptability skills.
Work Environment:
- Travel: Frequent travel (40-50% of the time) required to attend meetings, visits, and client interactions.
- Languages: Fluency in English spoken and written.
