- Maintain strong client relationships and explore new market opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative team culture aligned with business objectives.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles in real estate.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of luxury real estate market trends.
The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience.
