Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in luxury real estate.
  2. Lead and manage a sales team to consistently exceed sales targets.
  3. Maintain strong client relationships and explore new market opportunities.
  4. Foster a collaborative team culture aligned with business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles in real estate.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of luxury real estate market trends.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience.
