We are looking for a skilled Luxury Sales Ambassador to join our team. This role will be based at our retail store in Bangalore and will report directly to the Head Office in Gurgaon.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of work experience in the luxury industry, preferably in sales or customer service. They will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing deep customer relationships, and providing personalized advice and recommendations based on clients' preferences and requirements.
The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, Hindi, and the relevant local language. They will be required to learn and use the company's technology platforms to track and maintain client leads and delivery status.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales targets as per weekly/monthly sales plans
- Develop and maintain deep customer relationships
- Share the brand's values and philosophy with clients
- Provide personalized advice and recommendations based on clients' preferences and requirements
- Counsel clients in selecting the right products, demonstrating their features and benefits
- Address any questions or concerns, ensuring clients have all the information they need to make informed decisions
- Respond to online leads and update CRM trackers
- Manage the Loop experience, ensuring it's smooth for clients
- Trained at a leading (5-star or similar) high-fashion or luxury retailer, hospitality institution, airline
- 1-2 years of work experience preferred; Freshers from top hospitality schools with exceptional track records and successful internship experience will also be considered
The estimated salary for this role is ₹600,000 - ₹800,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
