Job Title: Luxury Sales Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Sales Manager to join our Luxury Sales Team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, luxury market trends, and possess excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients interested in luxury properties and assist in building a database of high net worth individuals (HNIs)
- Call on new and existing databases to introduce NoBroker and its offerings, understand client requirements, and provide suitable property recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular follow-ups
- Participate in various activities such as exhibitions, activations, and similar events to generate leads
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury projects available in Bangalore, including their unique features, amenities, pricing, and target clientele
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, financial closure, basic legal requirements, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and driven to achieve sales targets, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Multitasking and comfortable using CRM systems, Excel, Google Office, and other tools to manage leads and activities
- Represent the company in a professional manner, exhibiting integrity and ethical conduct in all interactions
Salary: ₹25 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs per annum
