Luxury Banquet Sales Executive

Xpheno is seeking a seasoned Banquet Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth in the luxury hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new business, exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Conduct professional venue tours and presentations, tailoring proposals to meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that comply with resort policies.
- Liaise closely with departments (catering, operations, events) to ensure seamless execution of banquets and exceed guest expectations.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity, developing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and market trends.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate new leads.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in banquet sales, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the local market and its competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
