Head of High-End Property Sales

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our luxury real estate sales team. As the Head of Luxury Real Estate Sales, you will be responsible for driving growth in luxury real estate sales, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to increase luxury real estate revenue.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
- Implement performance management processes to ensure consistent sales target achievement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that aligns with business objectives.
- Analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies and improve sales performance.
Compensation Package: The estimated annual compensation package for this role is approximately ₹20 lakhs - ₹30 lakhs, including a base salary and incentives based on performance.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of success in luxury real estate sales or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in sales and performance management, with a focus on team leadership and development.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
