We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to lead our team as Area Sales Manager/Unit Head. This role involves managing a team of 5-10 real estate advisors who will be responsible for showcasing and advising clients on various residential properties.

Job Responsibilities:
- Showcase and advise clients on various residential properties.
- Connect with hot leads generated by the company and network with registered and new clients.
- Provide personalized service to customers during negotiation and close deals.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure seamless after-sales service.
- Achieve targets as per the business plan.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and reports.

Requirements:
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to network.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High energy levels and commitment to success.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum.
