Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team at CapTalent HR. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map decision makers within targeted accounts to begin the sales process
  • Source new opportunities through email campaigns and cold-calling prospective leads generated
  • Maintain and expand our database of prospects

Requirements:

  • Should be well-versed in research and account mapping
  • Should be able to deliver at least 4 appointments per month consistently
  • Timing: 2 p.m to 11 p.m

About You:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in inside sales for call center (voice & non voice) service with a focus on the US market
  • Graduate degree required

Benefits:

  • Estimated salary range is ₹9,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum based on location and experience
