About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in advancing qualified prospects from lead status into qualified sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and sell products to existing and prospective customers
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through phone or email as required
- Solve customer problems and complaints to improve customer experience
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to bring the best experience for the customers
- Generate reports on new sales, target achievements, issues to the management
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market through outbound channel
- Get feedback and improve constantly
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as a sales development representative
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with CRMs practices
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
