Sales Development Representative

This role is part of our sales team at RB Sorting Hat Private Limited. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop targeted messaging to engage potential clients
- Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
- Update our CRM system with all customer communications
- Manage and grow individual sales pipeline
- Sell products/services by establishing contact and develop relationships with prospects, recommending solutions
- Provide support and guidance to clients
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1- 3 years' previous sales experience
- Experience with CRM systems
- Demonstrable experience in Sales Strategy, Business growth through New Business and Account Hunting, Account Management and Farming
