Sales Development Representative

About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging with new customer prospects, advancing qualified leads into sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You'll work closely with our team to provide tailored solutions to customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate and sell our products to existing and prospective customers
- Establish and maintain strong business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through phone or email as required
- Solve customer problems and complaints to improve customer experience
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Generate reports on new sales, target achievements, and issues to management
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through outbound channels
- Continuously seek feedback and improve performance
- Be flexible to work UK or US business hours
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as a sales development representative
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in SaaS sales
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition
- Prior experience in a start-up environment
