Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to support our sales team at Trikaal Tech Enterprise Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients and generating leads. This is a full-time internship position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and generating leads
- Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends and competitors
- Support the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals for potential clients
- Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales process improvements
- Assist in maintaining and updating customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
