Job Title: Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Astro Infra & Tech (G) Solutions Private Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in promoting our services to potential candidates.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to discuss our services and promote our company's offerings. You will work closely with our sales team to develop new leads, build relationships with potential clients, and convert them into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-quality outbound calls to potential candidates to promote our services
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and their benefits to effectively communicate with clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new leads and opportunities
  • Analyse client feedback and concerns to improve our service offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communication

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of CRM software and tools
