Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Overview:

Flexzo HR Services Pvt Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Representative to join our team.

We offer an estimated annual salary of $50,000-$70,000 based on industry standards and the location of MEDAVKKAM, Madurayoil.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role will be to identify and visit potential customers to promote products/services.

This includes building strong relationships with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and providing tailored solutions to customer needs.

Apart from these key responsibilities, you will also need to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, as well as provide market feedback and report on competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and travel as needed.
