Job Title: Senior Account Manager - Xebia IT

About the Role:

Xebia IT is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships at all levels. You will understand client business challenges and objectives to provide tailored solutions, ensure timely delivery of services, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across services and solutions, develop account growth strategies, and drive the execution of revenue targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and negotiate contracts, act as a trusted advisor by providing industry insights and strategic guidance, and develop a deep understanding of client industries and markets to recommend innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow strategic client relationships, driving revenue and ensuring client satisfaction
* Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships at all levels
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across services and solutions

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
* Proven track record in account management, client engagement, and revenue generation
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
* Analytical and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
