We are seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic initiatives and capitalize on new business opportunities at Raise Financial Services. This pivotal role will shape the company's expansion strategy while fostering innovation and excellence in execution.

As the Head Partner Network, you will spearhead the network of Authorized Partners and Offline Partners through a dedicated team, developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance partner engagement and channel effectiveness. You will establish and nurture productive relationships with key stakeholders across the capital markets industry, including Authorized Partners, Offline Partners, and other key platforms.

The successful candidate will have 12-16 years of work experience, with at least 8-10 years in a similar role, demonstrating strong negotiation skills, tenacity to seek new business, and exceptional relationship-building abilities. A sound understanding of sales performance and ability to uncover unique solutions to drive value are essential. The ideal candidate will be result-oriented, collaborative, and self-driven, with a laser focus on clients and a passion for the business.

This is a hands-on role, requiring deep involvement in day-to-day operations while crafting and driving strategic initiatives. Success here is measured by your ability to empower your team, nurture strong partnerships, and deliver tangible growth.

With a salary range of ₹250,000 - ₹500,000 per annum, depending on experience, this opportunity offers a competitive compensation package. Located in Mumbai, India, this role provides an exciting chance to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a leading financial services company.
