Xebia IT Architect is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
About the RoleThis is a senior-level position that requires a blend of account management expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities. As a Business Growth Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships at all levels.

- Act as a trusted advisor
- Provide industry insights and strategic guidance
- Develop a deep understanding of client industries and markets
- Recommend innovative approaches
- Operational Excellence:
- Monitor account performance
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Lead periodic business reviews with clients
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven track record in account management, client engagement, and revenue generation is essential. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are also required. Analytical and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities is a must.
We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
