We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Business Growth Consultant to spearhead our Sales & Business Development efforts in the dynamic Pharma Engineering Consulting Services sector. As a seasoned professional, you will drive sales initiatives and business development strategies to fuel our growth.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales initiatives and business development strategies within the Pharma Engineering Consulting Services sector.
- Generate leads, develop a strong sales pipeline, and manage overall sales activities.
- Build and nurture client relationships, actively engaging to identify and secure business opportunities.
Client Engagement: Maintain extensive client interaction to foster strong relationships and generate new work opportunities.
Reporting & Marketing: Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentation materials. Utilize tech-savvy marketing tools and strategies to enhance sales outreach.
Requirements- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in Sales & Business Development, specifically in the Service Industry of Pharma Engineering Consulting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in generating sales reports, creating presentations, and utilizing digital tools for marketing.
Salary Range: ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum (inclusive of performance-based incentives) based on experience.
