Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and negotiate contracts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven track record in business development, account management, and revenue generation
  • Deep understanding of the industry, including market trends and competitor analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
